Control Fleas
Skin infections are common in the bulldogs and they may suffer from fleas. Fleas can be killed by various ways and all methods effect duration varies. Many sprays, shampoos and powders are available that help in killing fleas that present on skin of the bulldog. Many sprays, shampoo and powders have no effect and they will irritate the bulldog. Flea’s starts from the head face and ears always found in those areas that are hard to clean and reach. While using any medicine be careful that not a single drop goes in the eye of the bulldog. Flea killing medicines and sprays always used on coat of bulldog. Some new sprays are very effective and can kill the all flea at once without harming the bulldog. These spray kills all types of flees very quickly. These medicines are very strong and kill the fleas completely and these medicines also prevent the bulldog from fleas. Before using any spray, shampoo or medicine read the instructions carefully. Powder for the Flea killing is very easy and simple to use on coat of the bulldog. Flea usually remains three to five days. If the shampoo doest rinsed properly then there is no benefit of shampoo and if you don’t clean the body of the dog properly after rinsing shampoo. Pet shops and breeders have huge variety of flea dips and shampoos for the bulldogs. The quantity of fleas is less than treats your dog yourself.
Whatever product you buy read the instructions carefully. Some products are specially designed for puppies and some are specially designed for adult dogs. When you use fleas shampoo first use on the head of the bulldog then on face and in the end use shampoo on ears. Use the shampoo carefully that not a single drop goes in the eye of the bulldog so use sponge for this purpose. Sprays are also available and these sprays are applied weekly and these sprays help in breaking the life cycle of fleas. Flea collars are very easy to use and very useful method to control flea. Smell of flea collar is very irritating.
Use collar 24 hours. Flea collars for the puppies and the adult bulldog is designed separately. You can also use soft powder flea collar and mix the powder with the alcohol and with different oils like lavender oil, citronella oil and thyme oil. The pills are also available that prevents from flea eggs from hatching. These pills are feed to dogs by mixing them in its meal. This product is not able to kill the fleas in adult bulldogs. A pill called Sentinel is very useful and use to kill both heartworm and fleas. You can also herbal oils, garlic oil and fatty oil to kill flea. Flea comb is also effective for killing fleas. You can also rub the coat with alcohol. Flea comb is used after using wash the body of bulldog with good shampoo and also clean the comb with flea killing shampoo and use flea comb daily.
